      The following are steps we are taking to green

our conference:

• Using recycled paper for Conference documents, but also reducing printed materials to a minimum
• Having, and clearly marking recycling containers
• All give-aways will be reuseable items
• Volunteers will be available as escorts from hotels to the location to promote walking
• Using organic and local grown food when it is available
• Not using disposable dishes when food or drinks are offered
• Hoping to offset the conference's carbon emissions

 We would like the conference to be as environmentally friendly as possible!
