This is a report about a potential payment for ecosystem service project in the Upper Green River Basin of Wyoming.  Former CCC Fellow Esther Duke was one of the lead authors of the report detailing the complexities and opportunities for PES in the region.  One of the interesting complexities in the region is the potential participation of extractive industries as buyers of ecosystem services and their concerns with a PES approach.
